Modern Youth Learning Centre / 現代優賢學習中心 (“we”, “us”, “our” or the “Centre”) respects your personal data privacy and handles personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (the “Ordinance”).

Unless otherwise permitted or required by law, we will not provide personal data to third parties for unrelated purposes without the appropriate consent.
6. Direct Marketing
Subject to applicable laws, we may use your personal data to communicate information about courses, educational programmes, events, activities, promotions and other services provided by Modern Youth Learning Centre. You have the right to request access to and correction of your personal data in accordance with the Ordinance. 9. Students Under 18
If you are under 18 years old, you should consult your parent or legal guardian regarding this PICS and our Privacy Policy Statement before providing personal data. Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to supervise the provision and use of personal data by minors.
10. Changes to This Statement
We may revise this PICS from time to time. You should check the latest version published on our website. If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of this PICS, the English version shall prevail.
